Is this an official FSA or council system?
No. DeskKit is not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by the FSA or any council. It's designed to help you keep the kind of daily records described in the FSA's Safer Food, Better Business packs and NI's MyHACCP / Safe Catering guidance. You're still responsible for your own food safety management system.
Can staff log without an account?
Yes – share the staff logging link. They add their initials to each entry.
Can records be edited?
Readings can't be deleted. Mistakes can be voided with a reason, which keeps your records trustworthy.
How do reminders work?
Overdue items show on your dashboard, you can subscribe to a calendar feed of renewals, and email reminders are sent once email is switched on.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Download your records first – they're yours.
